Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

An easy to fill in form can be found on our Reservation page. You can also call us at 615-979-9990 . One of our professional staff members will be happy to serve you. You can also use the Contact page to ask us any question you might have.

What areas do you provide service to?

What information do I need in order to book?

You will need to provide a name and address of the person or persons to be picked up as well as a time to be picked up, location to be dropped off at, payment information and flight information if flying in or out of the airport.

How do I pay for my transfer?

There are plenty of ways to pay for a transfer. You can call our office and set up an account with us or a one-time payment over the phone. Also if you make a reservation through our website you can make a payment while on the reservation page. If you wish not to do either of those you can always swipe a credit card while in the vehicle or pay cash.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Of course. There is no limit to the amount of stops you can make. Additional charges may apply.

Before you travel

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Drivers will meet at the desired location that is requested.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In the event you can not locate your driver you should call our home office at 615-979-9990 and a dispatcher will gladly help you locate your driver.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes. Additional charges may apply depending on the vehicle chosen.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Yes. As long as you have given us notice in advance there will be no charge to you. Once the driver has been dispatched you will be charged for the run regardless. Special occasions such as music festivals, CMA's, awards ceremonies and so on will require at least a 48 hour cancelation notice in advance.
